In this project, our team was aimed to audit Chewy’s digital channels’ efficacy in terms of customer acquisition and retention. We started with the below channels and gave some actionable insights for the digital team to implement.

- Display Ads
- Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube)
- Mobile
