Chewy Digital Channel Audit and Analysis

In this project, our team was aimed to audit Chewy’s digital channels’ efficacy in terms of customer acquisition and retention. We started with the below channels and gave some actionable insights for the digital team to implement.

Channel Analyzed:

  • 1 st party & 3rd party data usage
  • Paid Search (Branded vs Non-Branded)
  • Display Ads
  • Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube)
  • Email
  • Mobile
